Before you spend more, find out where the money goes

Most businesses that ask us for a diagnosis are already paying for marketing. An agency, a freelancer, a monthly ad budget, maybe a German website that cost a fair amount to build. What they lack is not activity, it's a clear answer to a simple question: what is this bringing in, and why not more?

The diagnosis is that answer, in writing, within 48 hours on working days. It is free: you receive the full written report and can then book a free first call. You only pay for work you approve in advance (terms). It needs no logins, and the report is yours to keep. You can act on it yourself, give it to your current agency, or ask us to fix what we found.

It works for any business that gets customers online and pays for it: online shops, SaaS companies, service businesses, practices, agencies, law and tax firms. Industry matters less than you might think. The mistakes that waste budget tend to look similar.

What we check

We look at six areas, as far as public sources allow.

1. Tracking and conversions. Which tags are installed, whether they fire on the right events, whether purchases or enquiries are counted once, not twice or not at all.

2. Consent. What loads before a visitor clicks anything in the cookie banner, what happens after "accept" and after "reject", and whether Google Consent Mode v2 signals are set. Background: Consent, TDDDG and Impressum.

3. Google Ads. Which ads are running and where they lead, using Google's public Ads Transparency Center. With read-only access later: search terms, location settings, bidding. More: Google Ads in Germany.

4. Meta Ads. Your active ads in Meta's Ad Library, the landing pages behind them, pixel behaviour.

5. Search visibility. Indexing, technical SEO, page titles, structured data, local presence via the Google Business Profile, and how clearly your business is described for search engines and AI assistants. More: SEO for the German market.

6. Website and landing pages. Mobile load times, the first screen of key pages, forms tested with real submissions, Impressum and privacy links present. Technically, not legally.

What you receive

A written report, in English, German or Russian. Each finding has the same structure: what we saw, where we saw it (screenshot, network log, measurement), what it probably costs you, how much effort a fix takes and who could do it. At the top, a short list of what to fix first.

The report says plainly when something is fine. If your setup is solid, that's a useful finding too.

This full report is free for every business, and so is a first call afterwards to go through it. You only pay for work you approve in advance.

How it works

1. You send us your website

That's all we need to start. If you already know what's bothering you, tell us. It helps us prioritise.

2. We review it within 48 hours on working days

Software agents collect data and run checks. A second, separate pass tries to disprove each finding. A person reads the result, decides what goes in, and signs it off. More on that on our method page.

3. You get the findings and decide

You get the findings in writing. Who puts them into practice is up to you: your team, your agency or, if you like, us. No sales call required; we call back only if you ask us to. If you want us to repair things, every change is documented in a change log: before, after, why, how to roll back. Prices are listed openly on our homepage in the “Preise” section of our homepage.

What we don't promise

We don't promise that the diagnosis will find a big problem. Sometimes it doesn't, and we'll say so.

We don't give legal advice. Where we see something that may be a legal issue, for example tags loading before consent, we flag it and recommend a lawyer.

We don't judge the people who built your current setup. A finding is a finding, not a verdict.

Terms of the offer

  • The free diagnosis is for businesses, self-employed and freelancers (not consumers), one per domain.
  • After the report you can book a free first call.
  • The report is yours and creates no obligation. You only pay for what you approve in writing beforehand.

The binding version is the German one on /diagnose.

Request your diagnosis

Send us your website address and, if you like, a sentence on what worries you. Written findings within 48 hours on working days. The form is in German; English answers are fine.

Frequently asked questions

What does the diagnosis actually cost?

Nothing. The diagnosis is free: you receive the full written report within 48 hours on working days and can then book a free first call. You only pay for work you approve in advance. There is no obligation either way. If you want us to fix what we found, our prices are published openly on our homepage.

Do you need access to my Google Ads account?

Not for the diagnosis. We work from public sources. If you want us to look inside your accounts afterwards, for search terms or bid settings, we ask for read-only access, and only if you agree.

How is this different from an automated website check?

Automated checks give you a score in seconds. We connect findings across website, ads, tracking and consent, cross-check them, and a person reads and signs off every report before it reaches you.

What happens after the diagnosis?

You decide. Fix things yourself, give the report to your current agency, or hire us. We don't make sales calls; if you want to talk, we call back on request.

What do you do with my data?

For the diagnosis we only use publicly available information about your website and ads. We don't need customer data or passwords. On request we delete what we collected.

Can I get the findings in German for my team?

Yes. Findings are available in English, German or Russian.
